The system enables end clients to create repossession jobs, administrators to manage and assign tasks, and drivers to execute jobs with precision. It also provides visibility into ongoing operations for all users, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task execution.

G2 Commercial Services specializes in vehicle repossession for government bodies and agents. Before partnering with Entlix, their operations relied heavily on manual job tracking, which led to delays, miscommunication, and poor task visibility. Coordinating drivers, monitoring visit outcomes, and keeping clients updated required constant back-and-forth.

Job Creation and Management

The platform allows administrators to create detailed job entries by associating them with specific clients and including all relevant car details such as VIN, registration, make, and model. Jobs can have multiple visits scheduled, each specifying a date, time, location, and assigned driver. This ensures that every repossession request is well-documented and actionable.

Driver Coordination

Drivers access the platform through a dedicated interface optimized for mobile devices. They can view their daily and weekly tasks, check locations, and plan routes using integrated maps. Drivers can also update visit statuses, leave comments, and upload images to report job progress.

Administrative Oversight

Administrators have access to a centralized dashboard that provides an overview of all planned visits and job statuses. The dashboard includes calendar views for visualizing tasks over time and workload views to evaluate driver availability.
