Project Overview
Rite Tile needed a smarter way to manage tilers across multiple construction sites. Entlix delivered a dual-access job tracking system that lets admins assign tasks and monitor performance, while enabling tilers to report progress in real time—from job readiness to completion.

Before the new system, Rite Tile’s operations were slowed down by manual processes that made job tracking and communication inefficient.

We designed two tailored web portals—one for administrators to manage jobs and tilers at scale, and another for tilers to view tasks, report progress, and track performance in real time.

View all active jobs by project and plot, with filters for job type, budget, dates, and tiling area.


User Management
Quick pop-up modals to add or remove tilers, capturing contact and profile information.


Visual References
Upload images of developments or specific plots to give context for each job.

Profile & Performance Graph:
Track the number of forms submitted and on-time completion rates, displayed in monthly performance charts.


Daily Task List:
On login, tilers see scheduled jobs for the day, including project name, location, and plot number.
